c. Flade's Parents Flee to Free Berlin
The parents of Hermann Joseph Flade fled to West-Berlin. At Bonn, Lord Henderson, British Under Secretary of State for German Affairs met leading German politicians. Bundes President Heuss also discussed actual political problems with the British expert for Germany.
