01 Nuremberg a new court day in Nuremberg, a new agenda, a new step towards clarification and decision.

Attachment sheet to Nuremberg these men moved their people in a daring game of world domination. You drew all the social energies and sources establishing a discretion invincible war machine to. They overran their neighbors. To be able to keep up the war machine of the "master race", they enslaved millions of people and took them to Germany, where these unfortunate beings today as homeless wander around. Time bestiality and defection reached such an extent, that it aroused the latent force of civilization at risk. Their United efforts have beaten the German war machine to pieces. The fight left a shattered though liberated, but Europe, where a demoralized social order that is struggling to survive. These are the fruits of the dark powers embodied in these defendants here sitting on the dock in front of us.
We also want to make clear that we do not intend to accuse the entire German people.

02. first Christmas for K.Z..-children a British air force transport plane brings 150 children who had to spend their youth in the Belsen concentration camp and escaped the liquidation, to England, where they will find a new home.
She expected a welcome meal in the airport restaurant. Here in England will celebrate many of them for the first time - a happy Christmas.

His charge against the men in the dock: "This men led their people on a mad gamble for domination. They diverted all social energies and resources to the creation of what they thought to be an invincible war-machine. They overran their neighbours to substain the "master race" in the war-machine. They enslaved millions of human beeings and brought them into Germany, where this helpless creatures now wander as displaced persons. At length, bestiality and bad faith reached such a peak that they aroused the sleeping forces of imperiled civilization. Jts united efforts have ground the German war-machine to fragments. The strug le has left Europa a liberated yet prostrate land where a demoralized society struggles to survive. These are the fruits of the sinister forces that are impersonated these defendants in the prisoner's dock."
And the statement: "We will make it clear that we have no purpose to incriminate the whole German people."

02. K.Z.-kids celebrate Christmas
A Dakota of R.A.F. transport Command brings 150 children to England. Here, the little refugees who spent their childhood in the Concentration Camp Belsen and escaped liquidation are to find a new home.
In the aerodrome-restaurant a whelcoming meal is prepared for them. Here, in England, they will enjoy a happy Xmas - many of them for the first time in their life.
In Germany, too, much loving care is bestowed on the small victims of Nazism. In Hamburg, for instance,Antifascists invite the children and orphans of former concentration -camp inmates to a Xmas party.
The discover much that is new to them: kind people, good food and beautiful presents. For those who have no parents the most wonderful gift of all: a new mother.

03. London:

Lord Mayor Show
The traditional Lord Mayor's Show in London is still the popular ceremony and holiday it has been for centuries.
Young and old - especially the young - enjoy the modern military bands and the quaint ancient costumes.
Here are the "Beefeaters", the historical guards of the Tower of London.
Bad weather is a traditional component of the occasion, but it dampens the spirits of no one.

04. Again Free Elections In Austria
For the first time since 1938 free elections are held in Austria. For campaigning purposes the British Military Government contributed to each party 20 tons of paper.
Posters, mass meetings and processions figure in the electorial contest. 90% of the population cast their vote. Also the residents from remote farms tucked far away in the country came to vote often with the aid of Military Government vehicles.
A commission of British members of Parliament checks the elections in the British Zone of Vienna to see that they are carried out in true democratic fashion, freely and secretly.
The previous State Chancellor Dr. Renner casts his vote.
And this is the Secretary of State, Mr. Figl, President of the victorious "Volkspartei".

05. Radio Stationas in reconstruction

( ... and a Musical Interlude)
The broadcating station of Radio Frankfurt was so heavily damaged that the repair will not be finished before Febr. 1946.
Üntil then the station operates from a hotel in Bad Nauheim.
The station of Radio Munich was partly damaged, but in 11 usable rooms a varied programm is being rehearsed and transmitted.

06. Leningrad:

A Tower cornes out of hiding
The gleaming spire of the House of Admirality in Leningrad was eneased during the war in dark covering to prevent German airplanes to locate the area.
Now, a girl worker climbs to the top of the 216 feet high tower ... the hood falls ... and the golden landmark of Leningrad again shines over the city ...
